Refund policy

Returns
I gladly accept returns. Contact me bette@bettescreations within 7 days of delivery to request a return. All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Additional non-returnable items:
No returns are accepted on custom or personalized items.

Refunds (if applicable)
A refund will be made upon receipt of the item. Item(s) must be in its original condition to receive a full refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. It is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we will not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
